Learning Scenarios

Teachers and trainers planning VET courses are facing situations where the background of the learners is diverse and they need to provide opportunities in new ways because individuals bring alternative viewpoints to the group. A learning scenario is an a priori description of a learning situation, independently of the underlying pedagogical approach and is perfect tool for teachers and trainers to plan and implement training activities in VET in different countries and settings.

In this intellectual output, partners have developep twelve learning scenarios for 3 areas of VET: 1) metalworking and machinery production 2) social care and 3) hospitality. The main aim is to support teachers and trainers to enhance their skills and competences primarily in content creation and secondary in digital pedagogy by providing a comprehensive and practical guide. These scenarios will provide trainers with practical guidelines and ideas of learning approaches, activities and content when designing their own lesson plans and work based practice.

The scenarios can be also used as a model to inspire trainers to develop their own resources for different contexts, situations and learner groups.

Here are 14 Learning Scenerios (LS) in all partners language versions (pdf format).
